Our 2 story homes (aka colonials) typically include a formal foyer/main hall and bonus room downstairs (ie formal dining room or playroom). The bulk of the beds/baths are on the 2nd floor.

They’re one of the more spacious homes available with plenty of square footage to personalize each room. They’re a multi-section home and are typically delivered on four trucks (the top two modules are lifted by crane) and completed onsite.
