Split Entry/Level Homes

Also known as a raised ranch, these homes typically have 3 levels; an entry level (either a foyer or main living space), an upper level (either the main living space or just beds/baths) and a lower level (ie a family room and/or garage). They are surprisingly practical and can transform an uneven building lot into highly functional floor space. They’re a multi-section home so they are delivered on two or more trucks and completed onsite.
