1 ½ Story Homes

The main floor of our 1 ½ story homes (also known as capes/chalets) often features a flex space (ie master bedroom, formal dining room or den). The 2nd floor includes one or more bedrooms or can be unfinished for future development. They’re a multi-section home so they are delivered on two or more trucks and completed onsite. This charming home is known for its steep roof, various dormer styles and angled 2nd floor ceiling.
